We’ll jump on a kickoff call before I dive into your story and perform what is widely known in the industry as a “manuscript evaluation” looking at things like plot, structure, character arcs, and theme.

Once I send back the editorial summary, we’ll jump on a call to review my findings and suggestions. You’ll be able to ask all of your questions and get clarity on how to implement.

I’m Jennifer.
My love for reading and writing began in high school, so choosing to study English in university was an easy decision. While there, I focused on literature and creative writing, receiving critiques and participating in workshops. My writing improved, but I still felt no closer to figuring out how to write a truly compelling novel.
After graduating, I decided to dig deeper on my own. I studied the fantasy genre to uncover what made popular books so successful. I read craft books to learn what seasoned authors thought contributed to their success. That’s when I discovered the piece missing from my education: storytelling.
Great books aren’t just beautifully written—they tell compelling, well-structured stories. This realization completely changed the way I approach writing. Instead of focusing solely on language and sentence structure, I began exploring how stories are built, how tension and conflict work, and how to create narratives readers can’t put down.
